Position Summary
NexJ’s Professional Services organization is responsible for the successful implementation of NexJ’s solutions to deliver business value to our customers. It is one of the largest and most critical groups in our software company.
The successful candidate has accountability for successfully designing, configuring, and implementing integrated software solutions for our customers, which will be used by thousands of their users.
Major responsibilities for the position will include but are not limited to:
- Gathering and analyzing technical customer requirements
- Modeling technical designs using NexJ’s model-driven framework
- Development and configuration of customer-specific solutions
- Integration to multiple customer systems using SOA design and technology
- Automation of key business processes
Essential Skills and Qualifications
NexJ is seeking Intermediate and/or Senior level students who are working towards a Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a Computer related post-secondary Degree with the Co-op option.
If you have…
- Strong object-oriented programming and design patterns experience
- Previous work or academic proficiency with Java or C++ development
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as VBscript, Javascipt, Scheme
- Knowledge of relational database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate in a technically oriented environment
